I’m Lucy! I am a holistic health coach and plant-based personal chef from Santa Barbara, CA. I am passionate about preparing plant powered home cooked meals using whole food ingredients. I fell in love with plant-based cooking 10 years ago. I started cooking up a storm in my kitchen and realized there is something so special here. I studied at Rouxbe Plant-Based Culinary School and then got my health coaching certification from IIN. I then went on to cook for various clients while living in Los Angeles and mainly cooked meals geared towards specialty diets. My family and I now reside in beautiful Ventura where I am sharing my passion for plant-based cooking to our special community and surrounding areas.
My way of cooking is using whole food ingredients. Think fresh fruits and vegetables, whole grains, nuts and seeds. Let’s keep going…delicious bircher muesli, crunchy alkalizing salads, and nourishing macro bowls! I love to keep protein, fiber, and greens as a top priority when creating my meals.
